Top 40 Final Burger Rankings

I keep getting asked what my final rankings are, and I don't have time to get all 9 of the other reviews done yet, so I'm jumping the gun and giving you all what you asked for.  I know, I know, you all have "favorites" and you probably want to punch me after you read these rankings.  Just know that favorites are just favorites until you've had something better.  You can't say you've had the best burger after going to some chains and saying Zips or Zola's or Quatmans or Terry's or whereever are your favorites without trying a lot of them, and disecting them for what they are.  Do you even know why that favorite is your favorite?  Go out and try some of the burgers I've rated as the best, and take each aspect of them apart, and think about why they are awesome.   You never know, you just might change your mind.
